Any misinformation or policy violations caused by incorrect client information shall remain the client’s responsibility.


Payments & Billing

  • Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of services.
  • Advertising budgets, third-party platform fees, and marketplace charges are separate from service fees unless specifically mentioned.
  • Service fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

At Aizz International, we maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data, account information, business strategies, and marketing assets. Client information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties without consent.


Performance Disclaimer

We use professional expertise and industry strategies to improve business growth, visibility, and sales performance. However, marketplace performance depends on various external factors including competition, pricing, customer demand, platform algorithms, and market conditions. Therefore, we do not guarantee fixed sales, rankings, or revenue outcomes.


Marketplace Compliance

Clients must comply with the policies and guidelines of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are not liable for suspensions, restrictions, or penalties arising from prohibited products, policy violations, or misleading information provided by the client.


Intellectual Property

All branding materials, creatives, marketing strategies, graphics, content, and designs created by Aizz International remain intellectual property unless ownership rights are transferred through written agreement.


Limitation of Liability

Aizz International shall not be held responsible for:

  • Marketplace policy changes
  • Account suspensions caused by client violations
  • Technical issues on third-party platforms
  • Revenue losses due to external market conditions
  • Delays caused by marketplace approval processes

Service Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or agreement if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Payments remain pending
  • Fraudulent or unethical business practices are identified
